The Eastern Region of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated is offering scholarship opportunities for women within the states of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia, who are working while achieving educational and/or vocational excellence. Through the scholarship, the Eastern Region is promoting educational achievement and economic independence.
